Work With Me

(Take a deep breath. I can help you with all of those things…and more.)

I’m Dr. Patricia Thompson, and I’m a licensed psychologist, executive coach, and author who is passionate about helping people achieve their goals, feel more joy, and live the lives of their dreams.

If You Could Benefit From:

You’Re In The Right Place!

I’ve been coaching and consulting for over 10 years, working with a wide range of clients on a wide range of topics. I LOVE what I do, and (if I do say so myself) I’m good at it.

2 Distinct Ways I Work with My Clients

One-on-One Coaching

Through one-on-one coaching, we will work together to accomplish your personal and professional goals. As opposed to offering one-size-fits-all packages, I will propose a solution specifically developed to best meet your needs. That means we may work together anywhere from one targeted jump-start session to several months. It all depends on you. Also, because I’m a licensed psychologist, I have access to a lot of validated personality measures that many other coaches are unable to use. If needed, we may use them to get a more comprehensive understanding of your individual make-up. Finally, my years of experience as a therapist and psychology educator give me a deep understanding of what makes people tick, and how to create an environment that fosters change.

While it is true that personal and professional development can be hard work, I believe that you can also have fun in the process. I strive to make our work together enjoyable and engaging.

Growth involves experimenting with new approaches and behaviors. Sometimes we make mistakes in the process. I am very understanding and act as your cheerleader as you examine your current behaviors and undergo your transformation to a better you.

I care about your success and am committed to do everything I can to help you to accomplish your goals. I take my job very seriously and am passionate and pragmatic about facilitating your growth.

Even if we are focused on helping you with a professional goal, I realize you come to work as a whole person with a developmental history and personal side. As we collaborate on your growth, we will explore how the different aspects of your personality and history impact the person you currently are, and how we can leverage them to impact the even better version of you, you will become.
