Goal-setting for the new year? Make sure to come u Goal-setting for the new year? Make sure to come up with some metrics so that you can track how you're doing.  Whether they're outcome goals like "I want to save $X per month," or process goals like "I want to read for 15 minutes a day, " having a visual way of tracking it can help you to see your progress,  and encourage you to get back on track if you're not following through as planned.

Goals are amazing,  but if your want to increase your odds of achieving them, it helps to build in regular routines so that you're moving towards them consistently.
